In an effort to point out that the customer is NOT always right, or rather, to point out that they don't know what they actually want, Christian Rudder cites a blog I hadn't heard of previously: Clients From Hell. The premise is to share customer's absurd requests.
Rudder quotes his favorite line from the site in his book, Dataclysm. I have not spent any time on the site so I'm not qualified to say it's mine too, but because I love real dinosaurs, it is.
My favorite client quote on the site right now is: "I don't like the dinosaur in this graphic. It looks too fake. Use a real photo of a dinosaur instead." *
